Funny enough, before I got married, I had never used an air fryer in my life. I know... it's a little embarrassing to admit! But now? I honestly can't imagine my kitchen without it.

My husband is one of the pickiest eaters you'll ever meet, so we quite literally have potatoes with almost every meal. I love seasoning them up, tossing them in the air fryer, and by the time I've finished cooking the protein and the rest of dinner, the potatoes are perfectly crispy and ready to go.
